Anyone know?

Question:I heard a poem years ago that I do not know all the lines, but it goes something like this:

The day or the hour,
Only God knows the plan,
When will come the Son of man.
Millions and millions, woe upon woe
Rivers of blood will continually flow.

I do not know the rest. Does anyone know the name of it, or the rest of the poem?? Please help.
