if there is anything similar!. I am reading this book at the moment, and I like her strength of character, her compassion, her high intelligence, to name just a few things about her!. I also like the way she and Rochester assess each other!.
Does anyone know of anything modern a bit like this, with a strong heroin character, and maybe some romance!.
also, if you can't think of anything, or in addition to my main question, what other Victorian novels do you like that are similar!.
