It's kinda true!. What your friend meant was HEMP!. It's the same genus, but subtly different!. Hemp lacks the high levels of THC found in M!.J!. Tis this that makes you high, so hemp's legal cause you'd have to smoke like 1500lbs of it to get stoned!.
