Well, to do it properly, you have to have Photoshop!. Here's a tutorial: http://jinnybear!.deviantart!.com/art/Line!.!.!.

This gives you a transparent background for any kind of image, not just lineart-like pics!. Oh, and you gotta save it PNG format!.

You can't seriously expect to achieve this with paint!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

yes on microsoft pain you will see a box made of dotted lines!.

when you click on that box there are two option in the left hand side!.

one option shows a box with white in the back ground and the other shows a box with out the white!.
click on the box without the white and drag it over your image and move it around!.!.
play with it a little!.!. change the background color and dag and drop your main image over it with the dotted box tool

Edit: well geez you dont have to be so rude!.
i don't know the answer to your question!.
and maybe you are an idiot!.!. you should have posted your answer in a more computer savvy place instead of drawing!.!. hmm!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Mark, you need to use the proper format!. JPEGs will always show up as white, try saving your image as a GIF or a PNG to get transparency!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
