I work out and I hike hun!.
The physical exercise and the ability to explore have always given me my anchors, particlarly when I'm feeling anxious or upset about something!.
I'm typically very balanced, but we all have moments!.

Friends
If only we had let it go on to love instead of turning down friendship's path!. We might have been the inspiration of some love story yet to be written, or emotions we will never know!.
I hope our friendship can be as strong as Our love would have been!.

If you don't think that lonely and love are the same, perhaps you have not tried both!.
Lonely can be lovely, love can be lonely!. I have made the journey both ways and always unpack some of each in the end!.

When you go away, I go into myself!. My only hope is that I do the same to you!.

As Philosophy Major said, I meditate, which always helps by bringing me peace of mind!. But, sometimes, I head for a nearby park that's on a river and sit and watch the ducks float by, and the clouds making pictures in the sky above!. That, too, brings me peace!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Meditation, lose inner thought and the self!. Become wholly in the present only as a perciever of sensations and you can hide from yourself if thats what you want!.
