Question: If you had the choice between a great opportunity or something you really wanted to do which would you choose!?
Say you have to choose between a great opportunity that could do you a lot of good in life but isn't really what you want to do or would you choose something that you have always wanted to do but isn't for sure if it's the right thing and your not for sure how it could end!? This isn't anything bad and no real harm other than disappointment may come out of it!. Just about anything in life that you can learn is useful and can be a great opportunity I'm just not sure which road I should take!. More than likely I could reach my goal either way but nothing is for certain!. The great opportunity cost a lot of money yet the other way is cheaper!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The Oracle: No, you've already made the choice!. Now you have to understand it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Interesting!.!.!.

It would help to have more details on your choices!. If choice A seems like a great opportunity, I would go with that, assuming choice B is something you can do later!. If you are young, there is always time to do things!. And it's better to struggle financially while you are young rather than later when you have kids or other responsibilities in life!.

Sorry for the vague answer, but the question is rather vague as well!

Now that you've clarified!.!.!. The choices are:

1!. Pursue a career in a field you don't like!.
2!. Pursue a career in a field you like!.

Unless you can teach career A, I suggest going with B!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Do you want to be happy or rich!? That's the basis of your question, if I am interpreting it right!. It's a personal choice!. Either way has its risks and rewards, its pro's and con's, but it comes down to what you choose!. Don't let other people influence your choice, nothing against these nice people, but we have no idea who you are, what you want to do, or if your happy!. Only YOU do!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think unfortunately this question is coming a little to late!. Always follow your heart!. (unless your heart is telling you to play in traffic) If it doesn't play out dust your self off and keep on trucking!. ( not recommended for those faint of heart or not fans of change )Www@QuestionHome@Com

in my 22 years of existence i learned that what you want is not enough to provide for what you need!. its like, should i go to a university or pursue my dream of playing in a band!? or, should I major in this that I'm really interested but wont provide me a good paying job in or should I major in this that is for sure going to provide me a good paying job!?
i'd go with the opportunity!. it gives you more of an assurance and like what the other person said, you can just pursue your "wants" later after your "needs" have been met!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
