First - I think it's extremely funny that I Googled one of those questions and I needed them all!. I have those same 'prep' questions - I don't have the answers to number two, four, or five but I did find the answers to One and Three!.
1!.with the establishment of societies you see a lot of changes in the lives of man and man kind!. First off, there was a rise in the industrial nature of man because a society is a lot less nomadic than a tribe and thus they can better exploit the land that they are settled on!. Second, because people had settled to one area, it allowed for people to farm and domesticate plants and animals to give for a better/more reliable supply of food (at least later on, early domestication was hard a wheat took many years to become sustainable)!. Finally, you see more specialization in people's roles in society!. It was no longer just a hunter or a tool maker, there were people that could specialized in things such as art, politics and science which couldn't be done before because of the lack of man power to support a large population as a society did!. If those three are not sufficient to your understanding, you may want to also consider that by having societies people were able to grow older in age because of a less nomadic lifestyle but this is seen even in the early stages of homo sapien evolution so it isn't a very strong argument!.
3!. 1!. Rome was way too large!. So much land, not enough people
2!. The Romans had been attacked and attacked by barbarians like Atillia the Hun!. Rome had been sacked!.
3!. The Roman soldier, fighting for his nation was gone!. Instead, there was barbarian mercenaries fighting in the colours of Rome, who felt no real desire to save Rome!.

I do hope this helps!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
