She was born October 3, 1920 in Wheatfield, and was the daughter of Florence and Minnie Jane (Poling) Paxton!. In 1952 she married Waldby Duggleby!. He died in 1997!. There will be no visitation or funeral services!. Where were she and the father-in-law married!? There's a good chance they were married in her hometown!. Her marriage certificate from the State, not the fancy one from the minister, contains her place of birth!. If the father-in-law is still alive!? Your fiance should ask him, when she's not present!. Surely, the husband knows where his wife was born!. Are either of her parents or any of her siblings alive!? Your fiance should ask them!. If she went to or graduated from high school, she may have done so in her hometown!? The next time your in her house, casually, but discretely, search for a yearbook!. You need not post it, but you will need it to weed out similar birth certificates!. How much time do you have!? Do you know her parents names!? The 1960 census is not yet made public, it's too recent, but I believe the 1930 census is out!. Some people don't move around much, if you can find her ancestors in Indiana, that may be a good county to try for her birth certificate!.
