you don't need a note, but for the love of god don't try to fit them yourself!.

go to a reputable dance shoppe and have one of the clerks assist you!. most of them are required to have dance training to work there so they know what they're doing!.

the best thing I can recommend is buying them through your dance school!. this is when they have a special rep!. from the company fit you perfectly!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

When you go into the dance store, there are usually people there that know how to pick out point shoes for you!. When I got my first pair, the owner of the shop had me try on 12 different pairs before she found one that actually fit my foot!. The people there know what they're doing!. They have done this many times before!.

I had to get permission from my dance teacher before I went on to point about 5 years ago!. It's really risky going onto point now!. It's not that hard, but you could do some big damages on your foot and ankle if you don't have professional training for pointe!. For a person with 13 years of ballet, you could try, but I wouldn't recommend it!.

Oh yeah, and usually you don't need a doctors note!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Haven't you asked this question before!? why didn't you just stay in ballet!? anyway, Usually when you get them fitted they will ask you where you dance!. Some places might want a note!. But You will probably injure yourself if you try to go en pointe without a teacher to tell you how to do it correctly!. Pointe isn't something you can just teach yourself!. Just start ballet again!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I see that in a fit of childish immaturity you posted this question again after you didn't like the answers you originally got!.

This just proves that you are not up to doing pointe!.

I do wish you the best and hope that when you get hurt it isn't to bad and wont ruin your dancing career!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

They might ask you where you're training, but I think that's just making conversation!. I got pointe shoes after 4 years!. They want to sell shoes, and they want you to come back and buy more, so they'll do their best to make sure they're right for you!. Don't worry about it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You don't need a note!. If I were you, I would study up some more, even though you don't need to know much more, just make sure that the person fitting you for shoes knows what they're talking about!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

u dont need a note!. u can just come in and buy them!. good louck in pointe!Www@QuestionHome@Com
