There are some basic moves on every dance team:

-High V
-Low V
-T
-Half T
-R
-K
-Touchdown
-Basic Turn
-Toe-Touch
-High Kick (with arms in high V)
-C Jump
-Split Jump

also, remember to point your toes in kicks and turns!. It looks MUCH better!. And, if you can, learn to spot!
