The stronger your turn-out is, the easier balancing and doing other stuff will be!.Www@QuestionHome@Com do a lot of roll ups and forced arches!. do alot of bourres too!. use the band to strenghten your ankles!. dont rush it it will come to you wen you start taking the classes!. training en pointe makes your ankles strong also!. but u have to have pre pointe work that would generally strengthen your anklesWww@QuestionHome@Com plie relives, and streghthening your arches and ankles is a must! try to pointe and flex your feet as much as possible! also while you are sitting down trace out the letters of the alphabet with your feet!.
