Depends on what the job is.

depens on accomodation expences, bills, food and that, if it seems much better then it it where you are from now...i would definetly go....its a good experince and if you dont like it you can always save more there, and come back home. and also if you dont the job, you can look for a new one while you are there.

Depends on what you get in India. Dubai is an expensive place so there are some importing things you need to factor before deciding
Accomodation in Dubai cost a minimum of Rs. 30,000 for a studio apartment. The minimum for a sharing accomodation would be around Rs. 15,000. Travelling is also expensive as the bus service is limited and infrequent. Also it is inconvient because of hot weather.
So the best advice is find out what your expenses would be in Dubai and compare your net position.

If they agree to pay you separately for housing,
food, conveyance and home travel once every two years at least(air fare) plus a fixation of grade then go for it.
Incidentally you haven't indicated your qualifica-
tions and experience. All the above depend on
this essential aspect of your CV.

Dubai is an expensive place specially the housing. See what else they offer. Like housing, medical, etc. It'll be good if you can save more. Good Luck!
