I think that would have to be the toilet.
I can't imagine what the world was like before having one in the house or apartment. Imagine, the outhouse was an actual part of daily life only a hundred years ago. Before then, who knows? I think the toilet is one of the greatest inventions man has ever come up with.

The Newspaper or the Printer press.

Horse collars. They pretty much ended slavery.

Well, if it was any creation, I would say women, of course. As far as things go, there are a lot of things that could be considered the greatest. The Bill of Rights, money, government, porn, movies, underwear, anything really.

that is way to hard to pick one thing from all of the marvellous inventions but i would have to say it would be something medical that saved the lives of people.
