Actually I had to read "The Keeper of the Isis Light" for school, and enjoyed it!. It is a romance in a way!. I've only read the first book, it's one in what I believe is a trilogy!. The book is quite short and not the MOST advanced teen reading, but readable!.
There are always the classics too!.
Authors like Jane Austin wrote romances!.
I can't tell you too many, I'm not that big into romance myself, but a lot of fiction books for teens have romantic interests!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

A really great book is The Time Travellers Wife by Audrey Niffenegger!.
I have recommended it to so many people and they all love it!.
It is a fantastic love story, a little bit confusing at first, but so great!.
