Question: Can someone give me some ideas about a new beginning for the cask of amontillado in fortunato's point of view!?

Suppose this story were told from fortunato's first person point of view!. Write a new beginning!. start at the point where the two men meet at dusk, and end when they begin their journey underground!. Let the reader know what fortunato thinks of montresor!. Remember that Fortunado did not realize that he had ever insulted Montresor or that Montresor had it in for him!. Fortunado was probably pompous, as evidenced by his connoisseurship of wine and his unwillingness to let anyone else touch the Amontillado!. He is probably wandering around the carnival, perhaps looking down on the base revelry around him when he comes upon Montresor!. He is probably happy to see someone who is of the upper class like him, so they can have a conversation, rather than participate in the low class partying!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
