Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: You should write it after you write the story!. Plots tend to change, even minutely, and it can affect the prologue!.Www@QuestionHome@Com You should write the proluge first, so you have a good sence of the direction to where the story will be going, like what your going to write about and have a better understanding of the plot!. Once you write it, you can always change it, so you aren't stuck with it!.!.!.but I would write it first so you can get your plan of action! :DWww@QuestionHome@Com The answer is relative!. For me, I had to write the prologue first!. It's the center holding my novel together!. Perhaps I'll change it when I'm done, but it's definitely been the springboard for everything!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Whatever your preference is, really!. Sometimes if you write the prologue first and it reflects what happens at the end - the prologue may serve as a guide for you!.Www@QuestionHome@Com After the you have written the story, you want to finish the story first since it is fresh in you mind, then the prologue since it is not nearly as important!.
