Question: What should I do with my hair for Cinderella!?

I'm playing the queen in an upcoming production of Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella!. What do I do with my hair for the castle scenes (slightly more informal than the ball; not wearing a crown)!? My hair is mid-back, uniform length and medium brown, if that matters!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Queens would have worn their hair up and back because it was considered more matronly!. Watch 'Ever After' or the Lesley Ann Warren version of Cinderella for ideas!. also, you could look at pictures of French queens during the Renaissance or medieval eras!. Rodgers and Hammerstein's version of Cinderella is based on the French one!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
