It could just be a matter of natural style!. Stage acting, by necessity, is broader and larger-than-life - every gesture and facial tic needs to read to the back of the house!. Film acting is more intimate, because the camera is right there!. There's no reason you can't be good at both stage and film, but different techniques are suited to each!. With training and practice, you can be as good on film as you are on stage!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

There are a LOT of things different about the two!.
Stage acting is theatrical!.
Film acting is much more technical!.
Some can do both, but a lot cannot!.
I can't answer if your critics are right and you don't
need to take their word for it!. If you go for and get a film
part, obviously TAKE IT!Www@QuestionHome@Com

stage acting and film acting are different!. stage acting is theatrical - exaggerated sometimes!. in films, you just have to come out as natural as you can become playing the part!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Film actors perfect their every move, and ignore the camera, trying to make the scene real life, stage acting is easy, but film acting you have to perfect!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

people actually will pay to go see a movie!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
