Question: Do you think there is a type of poetry that appeals more to editors than to readers!?
I've noticed that if I write something that everyone seems to love, I will have a hard time getting it published!.

But if I write something that only gets negative comments, like "Boring", "Too gloomy", "Didn't understand what you were talking about", "Needs rewriting", then it will be accepted for publication right away!.

I've also noticed that if I dislike it myself and think it is very weak or ineffectual writing, it will have no problems getting published, whereas if I think it's really quite good then it will take ages before someone agrees to publish it, and even then they almost seem reluctant!.

It's almost like editors have completely different taste in poetry than other people!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
