Help getting over my stagefright!?
I love to sing!! Its my favorite thing to do, it always makes me happy and I know I'm good!. I don't plan on auditioning for American Idol or anything, but I just wish I had some more confidence in front of an audience!. A lot of my friends are musicians and I would love to be able to collaborate with them someday, but right now its just terrifying for me!. Any tips!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

well, first of all eat a banana, they can help, i don't know why though!. my flute instructor gave me some tips for getting over stage fright!. when you enter the room or stage make sure you fell comfortable with your surroundings, if you don't like where the materials you are using are then move them!. then take a deep breath and let your feet sink into the ground!. this relaxes your whole body!.
I think collaborating is the key, to be honest!. It's so much easier to get up and sing in front of other people if there are other people up there with you, be they a band or other singers!. Getting up on your own is more difficult, but get used to it with a group of other people first, and then try doing it alone!. I feel a lot more confident singing with my band, but, after five years of it, I could do it by myself now, because my confidence has built right up!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
i think you should start singing with your friends and maybe a voice teacher to build up your confidence a little bit and because the ensemble you want to be a part of is made up of your friends then you are probably comfortable around them, just find a cast or group of people you are comfortable around to perform with hope this helps :-) good luck with your singing ambitionsWww@QuestionHome@Com
With anything on stage you simply have to be comfortable enough with yourself to "be yourself!." It takes time!.!.!.when you get a few good responses it will boost your confidence!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
Do it blindfolded!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
