Question: How do you hold a guitar pick!? I've been playing for a while but don't know!?

i've been playing for a few months and got pretty good, especially considering the time i have been playing!.

but the way i hold the pick just looks awkward when i play!. i want to fix this so if i'm ever in a band i won't look like a foolWww@QuestionHome@Com
