Question: Music theory print out sheets online!? or would i be better of getting a book!?

does anyone know of a site where i can get printable music theory lessons to read and study off of or would you recommend a book!. also i know this is a random through in but does anyone know any recommended music to learn how to play on the viola!? thank you!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I personally learned a lot of music theory from www!.musictheory!.net which is a great site!. It allows you to read through a lesson on something as basic a reading a clef, note lengths, etc!. It also allows you to practice labeling intervals, triads, and seventh chords!. The site entirely free!.

If you would prefer to have a book I personally have used "The Complete Idiots Guide to Music Theory" which worked quite well for me!. The author even starts you on some begging composition skills!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
