Question: Itching to play my first song on guitar !.!.!.please help me!?

I picked up the guitar for the first time one week back!.!.!.!.!.!.I can play 4 chords A, C,D, E
I want to play a song!.!.!.either using the above chords or only using notes!.!.!.!.please guide me or tell me where to look

I think that "I Heard it Through the Grapevine" by CCR is played using G, A and D chords!.

Try playing the chords you know and change from one chord to the next in 4/4 time!. Use a metronome to establish rock solid timing!. Make sure each chord is played clean, without any dead strings or fret buzzing!. Quality sounding notes is the most important thing on which to focus!.

If you can play D it's only one finger away from D7 (1st string 3rd fret) so you could have a go at AC/DC's Rock and Roll Train which is A D D7!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
