I had this amp, it didnt really like it because the sound was extremely artificial!.

If you want to play metal then I would say its ok!. The effects are also nowhere near as good as separate pedals and I wouldnt even think about putting them through this amp, it would be a waste of money,

If you want a versatile amp then I would get on from the Vox Vavetronix series, it has effects built in but it has a much more natural sound!.

edit: the 75 what version has essentially the same sound quality but with a few more features, again an amp is all down to personal preference and they type of music you are playing!.

I think that you are looking more more responses on this subject then you should head over to http://www!.ultimate-guitar!.com/forum/

because after all my opinion is only 1 and other people think different things!.

also maybe you should try and go to your local music store and try out some different amps to see what you like!.

Edit 2:

I had the 30 watt, there are all the same really just different volumes, the 30 watt is plenty loud if your just play on your own!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
