Use a digital tuner in the beginning!. If you have just one string tuned you should be able to do the rest by ear pretty easily after a while!.

You might learn it by ear after a while, I usually can get it to sound fine but all the strings might be off by a bit without me realizing!. I don't have perfect pitch or anything so tuners come in handy!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

They say that if you pick up a landline phone and listen to the dial tone that is the sound of your E string!. You can try to match it to that, then you should be able to tune the rest by ear!. I would recommend that you go to your local music store and ask one of the workers there what tuner they would recommend for you , alot of the workers there are also musicans and can really help you out ~ Www@QuestionHome@Com
