Well it depends how musch time you have and dedication, I for example, play Violin, and next year I will have time to take band as well as orchestra so I am attempting to learn bassoon but it is very hard because Violin is my main instrument and all my teachers are oblivious that the students actually have lives so I have endless amounts of homework! So I have no time to learn Bassoon, even though I try my absolute hardest to be a dedicated musician, so thats one problem!. also it is advisable that you have time to take lessons on whatever instruments you are taking, as to not learn incorectly or be able to become advanced!. I have always had a violin teacher but I couldn even find a bassoon teacher that lives near me! The nearest one was an hours drive so I will probably end up dropping the whole Bassoon thing and take another instrument which would be more convinient for my time schedule, and all the while i am not forgoetting that my main focus in life is the Violin!. So basically, the choice is yours to make my friend, just consider the circumstances, and remember that time and practice is always essential! Www@QuestionHome@Com

Anything's fine!. As long as they have the time to practice each with a set amount of time that's enough for them to advance fairly quickly!. I would learn two instruments at a time if I could since I have the time!. However, I need to get a guitar!. XD But yeah!. I don't think there should be a problem!. I play piano, but I would like to learn to play guitar!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Id say one instrument at a time!.
The skills you get with one instrument can help you with the others!. And sometimes by doing more than one thing you can overwhelm yourself and them give up!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
