A few drum set questions ?

Question: A few drum set questions !?

I'm looking to buy a drumset for 1500 or less!. I want to know what kind of drumset i should get, and what i could do to make it sound good!. I was wondering what the differents types of woods do for you, and which kind of set would be best!. also, I just bought a cowbell for my set, but it is too heavy for my high-hat, any suggestions!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

1!. I recommend you buy a pearl drum set!.

2!. To make it sound good, but a new set of heads!. Remo if you play classic rock, jazz!. or Evans if you play metal & fast rock!.

3!. The wood doesn't make too much of a difference!. only changes how much vibration is left after you hit it!. If the song resonates for too long, buy Evans E-rings!.

4!. Doesn't really matter!.

5!. you can buy a separate stand, a boom arm to go off of an existing stand, or you should be able to mount it off the spot on the bass drum for a rack tom!.
