It would help if we were face to face, but here goes:

Your stage fright may be mosly physical, or mostly mental, or mostly both :-)

Physical stage fright manifests these symptoms: tight, knotty muscles esp!. in stomach or jaw!. trembling/shaking!. excessive perspiration from odd parts of the body!. hot flashes!. general stiffness!. stammering!.

Mental stage fright, on the other hand, has symptoms like: inability to remember, 'brain fog', distorted vision!.

If it's physical stage fright, you first need to get a better level of physical tension in general!. Regularly stretch all your major muscle groups!. Then, if you find yourself going into performance and you have a body part that's acting up, do some quick tense-releases with that body part!. For instance, I used to get trembly hands before a recital (and my wrists would perspire on the bottoms!. Silly, I know)!. All I needed to do was to clench my hands tightly (but not painfully), and then let them go limp!. Repeat 3 or 4 times, then stretch the fingers out firmly and then release, again 3 or 4 times!. This burns off the excess adrenalin and frees up the body to work effectively!.

If it's mental nervousness, then you need psychological relaxation exercises!. These are fantasy things that you do in your imagination--evidently exercising the imagination relaxes the rest of the mind!. Below I link to one campany that sell products to guide you through such exercises (I am not affiliated with them in any way); you can probably find others through your favorite bookseller!.

And if it's both--then try both techniques!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
