Question: What type of stage should I use!? Sweeney Todd!?
In drama we're doing set design!. I'm doing Sweeney Todd and we have to build a model!. What type should I do!?
I have got an idea, but I wondered what other people thought!.

Traverse, thrust, proscenium arch, arena or promenade!?

I like the traverse and promenade but those are hard to make every audience member can see!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Thrust stage might be easier to do, you'll have your audience at a good level to see the sets and actors!. You'll have the front and your sides with ppl but I guess it's depending on how the play is gonna get blocked!. Do they need room to really move around, what type of props and etc!. Traverse is easy enough but yeah, they wont be able to see when actors are turning to face one or the other side of the stage!. I would say the trust stage!. Or y not the regular proscenium arch!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
