I think that means solfeggio!. This would be the do, re, mi!.!.!.

If this is the case!.!.!.

With "movable" do, the keynote would be do!. The other would be where "C" is always do, no matter what!.

Solfeggio is much more than can be described here, but here is a crash course!.

For movable do!.!.!.

If you are in the key of "C Major", C would be do, D would be re, E would be mi and so on!.

If you are in the key of "D Major" D would be do, E would be re, F# would be mi!.

If that seems easy, then the accidentals become different forms of do, re, mi, like!.!.!.ra and ma!.

It really is quite fascinating and makes sightsinging easier!.

Fun question!.!.!.takes me back to Elementary Theory in college!.
