Question: How do I use a metronome!?
Someone please explain to me in simpliest dumbass terms imagineable! I can't understand it at all!. I can play quarter notes because that's simple, I play everytime the metronome CLICKS!. Now 8th notes etc are a differant story!. Why is there no extra click for a 8th note!? If I play directly after the click evenly well there is so much time inbetween that so it's not very accurate can someone please tell me im going mad inside my mind right now about it lolWww@QuestionHome@Com

Lets say you have 5/4 time!. This means that there are 5 beats in a measure and the quarternote gets the beat!. The metronome will click on every beat!. You would count it 1-2-3-4-5 2-2-3-4-5 3-2-3-4-5 etc!. It will not click on the eighth notes, as the time signature does not call for it!. The eighth notes would come in in between clicks!. If you were counting 1&2&3&4&5 you would play the eighth notes in between clicks!.

Let's say you have 4/4 time!. This means 4 beats to a measure and the quarternote gets the beat!. It would still click on the quarternote, on ever interval!.

Hope this helps! Www@QuestionHome@Com
