HI there,

If you have no trouble speaking and can pronounce your T's and K's without any trouble!.!.!.!. I can tell you that tonguing is very easy on flute!.
To give you an example!.!.!.!. When I start my beginner students on flute!.!.!.!.!. I just have them blow on the head joint to learn how to make a nice strong sound!. We are talking about 10 to 12 year olds!. I have them blow on the head joint in the following way!. We call this ''breath attacks!.''

who - who - who --------- who - who - who
tu - tu - tu ----------------- tu - tu - tu
tuku - tu-ku - tu ------------ tuku - tuku - tu
whooooooooooooooooo

If you have your flute or going to get one!.!.!.!. you should just use the headjoint to develop a good strong sound and also practice on this exercise before you put the flute together!. If you have no problems with this easy exercise you should be fine!. And it will also give you the answer to your question of is the flute easy to tongue!.

Hope it helps!.
