Question: Musicians, help wanted :)!?
I am playing a song that requires a guitar solo over the chords Fmin7, Db7 and Dmin7

I need to know what modes i play over each of these chords so that the solo sounds correct!.

cant quite figure it out, any help would be appreciatedWww@QuestionHome@Com

over minor cords it's i guess "technically correct" to use the dorian mode, and for plain 7 chords the ionian mode!.

so!.

for Fmin7 you would use the notes in a G scale, with a flat 3 and a flat 7, or Bb and F natural!.

for Dmin7 the same thing applies, but in the E scale, so again, F natural, and D natural!.

And then for Db7 just a Db major scale, probably with a lowered 7th!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

My advice is transpose it to G

else:

Get some disc from Joe straini oR steve vai or mamsten,
or watch G3 concert!.

You will get better techniques!.!.!.
I tell you!.!. i learned a lot from them!./!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
You cAN use the modal theory like, mixalogean or iolian, locrian just try which one is better that sooths your soul!.!.!.!.!.
