Question: Can you get 2 BFA's!? Odd question!.!.!.!?
So I'm in college in a film school going for my BFA with an emphasis on directing!. Would that be considered a major or minor!?
also, hypothetically, if I were to change my mind and hate directing, but want to edit!.!.!.would I have to go bad and get my BFA but with an emphasis on editing!? Like in my school I could get my BFA emphasis in editing, but I'm going for directing!. but if for some reason in the future I changed my mind, what do you do about it!?
also, if I get a BFA with an emphasis on some filmmaking aspect, does that mean I could only get a job in that area!? Or is a BFA just a general degree of education in Arts!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm not entirely sure about the film/theater majors as I graduated with a B!.F!.A!. in art!. However, if you graduate with a B!.F!.A!. and want to go back and continue your education in another related field you would go for your M!.F!.A!. (or relative graduate degree)!. My degree is B!.F!.A!. in Drawing and I am going to go back to school to get my M!.F!.A!. in Painting!. You would only need to get a second B!.A!. if you were doing a completely different degree, like science or math literature, etc!. If you change your mind between two areas of the same field before you graduate your advisor will help you with any classes you may need to take!. I hope that helps!. =)Www@QuestionHome@Com
