If you want hymns, it's hard to find something that would be difficult to play on the saxophone, as hymns are written to be simple tunes which are easy to pick up!.

If you are looking for something trickier, you will probably have to move on to things which aren't hymns!. There is a lot of other music which is inspired by faith in God, music from masses or written by Christians!. Anything by Bach has a Christian undercurrent, he wrote 'For the greater glory of God' at the end of every peice he wrote and was a committed Christian!. Some of the flute or cello sonatas are lovely on Saxophone!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you live close to a major university with an excellent music program, you should visit their music library!. I have been to the University of North Texas music library!. It is the largest in the entire world!. Other good libraries include Indiana State University, Manhattan School of Music, Eastman, Julliard, UCLA, and U Missouri KC!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
