My right arm gets sore when I play the violin?

Question: My right arm gets sore when I play the violin!?

I think it's sore because I'm not relaxed enough!. How do I relax more!? also, is there a certain place that you must put all your weight while playing the violin so you can be more relaxed!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Hi there!
How long have you been playing!? My dear sister plays the viola and I play the cello!. Often if we don't practice regularly our arms will get tired!. Eventually you will build up strength!. If you are worried it has to do with relaxation then do some stretching before hand!.
