Do your best!. Get off the computer, and go practise!. As long as you give it your best shot, he won't care!. also be flattered that he thinks you can play it!. I mean, knows you can!.

Show him the parts you find hard, and he will help you with them!. If you only played pieces that you were sure you could play, you wouldn't ever improve!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Explain to your teacher your situation and your feelings toward the situation!. Instead of worrying about pieces you haven't yet been prepared for, you should be focusing on pieces and exercises which will improve your ability to play your instrument from where it currently is!. Explain what you can't play to your teacher!. Is it technique-wise!? Can you not read the music!? Talk about it with your teacher! Surely, he will help you build upon these areas of your playing little by little in due course, after all, he is your teacher! Www@QuestionHome@Com

If there are notes that you have never played before, then you can't do it with out help!.
If you can play every note one at a time, then there is a chance!.
If you can play the last measure!. Play it until it is easy!. Then add the measure in front of that!. Keep working toward the beginning in small additions!.
That way you are always headed to something you know you can do!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Your teacher is probably aware the piece is above your level!. Since you've been successful with tough pieces before, he wanted to really challenge you, to make you learn a lot of skills in a short time!. There's nothing wrong with that!. But if you are feeling overwhelmed, let him know!. Then maybe he can alternate a difficult piece one week, simple piece next week, etc!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well, do the best you can!.Practice it in bits and pieces, and play one measure(or however long one little piece is) a lot before going on to the next one!. He will understand if you aren't able to do it perfectly!. He's probably been there before!.
