Question: Is a venus flute a good brand!?
About two years ago, I started playing clarinet (and still do, I'm second chair), but I decided I REALLY wanted a flute!. I had an obsession for them!. So I decided to try looking on ebay and I saw a pink one and bought it!. I didn't really start playing until this yea, and now I'm kind of doubting my choice!.

My flute is a pink Venus!. On the head joint it says Venus, then on the second part (I don't know what its called, its the part after the head joint with all of the keys), it says Venus again and under it it says FL301C and on the opposite side of that it says 54599!.
My flute is bigger than silver flutes, and I am not sure about the sound quality!. I'm not too good of a player, so I am unsure about that!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Venus is NOT a legitimate brand, but one of those pieces of trash that is churned out in the Far East, with ANY NAME YOU WANT stamped on it!. Come in- it's PINK, for cryin' out loud! I could go on, but I won't - if it plays until it breaks, fine - then do not even attempt to get it fixed, because a decent hoest shop will NOT even take it in!. Make it into a lamp!.
