Question: Guitar Help (x-files theme)!.!.!. !?

Hi,

ok I have an acoustic guitar but I just don't understand tabs and I really want to play the x-files theme song!.!. So, can somebody please explain these tabs to me:

i'll prefer if you explain it with a strumming pattern, but anything's fine

There's no strumming involved in that transcription!. It's all single notes to be picked one at a time!.

The numbers in the tab refer to which fret to press while picking the note on that string!. See these links for more information on reading tab:
