A good idea I would probably use is find out what is his/her favorite store at the mall,downtown or any where else,take how much money you have or want to spend on that person,and get hey a Gift Card!.
You can also buy him/her something he/she needs for school,house,athletics you know,whatever!.But the key to this is to buy him/her something they really want!.
Tips:
1!.Any drug store or Wal*Mart around the corner is the best store you can find for cheap stuff!.
2!.There is allways coupons here and there-use them
3!.If you are gonna order something from Avon or else,make sure your money can be returned if someting is broken or something happened to the item!.You won't like it if they sold you out!
4!.Make sure he/she llikes his/her present!.Make he/she happy!=)

I'm turning 13 and I would like pretty much anything!.
One time, my friend gave me this HUGE box full of Styrofoam and i found a rock!. Seriously, i was just fine with that!. It's the thought that counts!.
It does help that there was a 20 dollar bill in there!.
