Question: How can i tune my guitar to drop D using my Korg GA-30 Tuner!?
BTW its not a chromatic tuner in only tunes to EADGBE but it has a feature to drop flats so I'm wondering if anyone who has the tuner or just knows how to tune to drop D using the tuner will help me!?

Actually it can be easily done without a tuner!. Just pluck your D string, and then tune the E string down until the two string's notes sound identical, and then once you've done that, check your former E string on the tuner to see how close it is to the D note, and then just adjust it to be perfectly tuned to D, that way, you have DADGBE!. It's pretty fun, although I don't use it often, but sometimes I like to tune DADGBD, Double Drop D!. Have fun!Www@QuestionHome@Com

When you tune it down the tuner will recognize the sound as a D anyway, so no need to press any flat buttons!. Simply loosen the E string until the tuner recognizes a D (it will tell you) then keep tuning till it's spot on!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
