Beginning banjo finger picks?

Question: Beginning banjo finger picks!?

I just bought a banjo that came with 4 finger picks and a (thumb pick!?)!. Using these finger picks is extremely new and seems difficult!.
My questions is would learning banjo without the picks be easier or going through the extra practice with them be more beneficial in the long run!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

go with using the picks, as without them your sound will be so muted you and nobody else could hear you!. The banjo is made to ring out, besides your fingers would be hamburger meat without picks!. Your (!?) regarding the thumb pick, put it one so that the point is away from you hand!. Hope this helps!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
