Disney isn't like most theaters in their auditions!.!.!.!. they take their time calling anyone back for any job!. Did you respond to like an ad, or call listing!? Did you actually apply for an opening, go to an open call, or just hand in your resume and head shot!? Disney tends to hire a lot of people at once (so you can go through their training as a group) so a lot of times open calls are the best way to get hired!. Applying to the park is also good, it means they had a definite opening and were actively looking to fill it!. Just dropping off your resume!.!.!.!.!. honestly it's probably going to get lost!. They get hundreds of thousands of resumes and head shots!.

Did you apply on line!? There is a feature on their on line applications called "my toolbox" that will give you the status of your applications!. Open calls usually give you an indication before you leave - most people tell me they "knew" that they got the job or not!.

Otherwise!.!.!.it's really anyone's guess!. They do keep applications on file for a long time, like 60 days, I'm not sure about resumes!. I do know when I applied they wanted their standard form, then that went through HR and the talent people, and the department manager THEN they wanted my resume!.!.!.but I wasn't specifically looking to act!.

Hope some of this helps!.!.!.!.!.Good luck with the job :) You can always call them, or stop in!. Disney World has a "help and questions" type of line at Central Casting and a hotline where you can talk to someone about jobs!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

There is a lot of competition for this type of work, as you already know!. It could take a couple of weeks before you hear anything!. But, (not to discourage you) don't be surprised if they do not get back to you!. These jobs are never promising!. You should send your resume and headshot to as many companies as possible!. Maybe you will get lucky, but nothing is guaranteed!. You have to keep trying and be strong, as well as prepared to accept plenty of rejections!. If you keep at it, someone will hopefully call you!. There is no time limit on how long this could take!. I once sent in my biographical info to diversified companies, and I didn't get called back until almost a year and a half later So, don't be surprised if this possibly happens!. Good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com
