Sorry, It is not possible to put nylon stings on a Steel string acoustic guitar!.
The string mounting methods are completely different!.

although, Now that I think of it, I have heard of nylon strings with a ball ends like steel strings, but I still think that you would have a problem with the string pegs that hold the string down to the bridge area because nylon strings are a lot thicker!. also, the nut at the top of the neck would have to have all the string guiding grooves widened out, and you'd still have difficulty mounting them in the tuning pegs!.

What you can do, though, is to get a scaled down classical guitar!.
There are smaller size classical guitars that are made for younger players!. I owned one myself when I was learning to play!. The neck is much thinner like you are looking for
!.I played mine for years, because I have very small hands, and had trouble with the full size classical neck, too!.
That's why now I play Fender electric guitars, not Gibsons, because of the slimmer neck size!.

Hope that helps!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
