Question: I'm trying to learn to play the guitar and signed up for an online tutorial!?

I purchased this on-line tutorial but I can't get the downloads to play!.!.!.it plays for a short while and then shuts off!.!.!.if its a good tutorial I'm willing to take the computer to the shop to get it going!.!.!.!.anyone ever try it!?
