The first solo that I think is best is the classic "Eruption" by Van Halen !.

The second best guitar solo one is also Van Halen!.!.!.the opening of "Too Hot for Teacher!."

The third one is the cadenza by Prince just near the end of his "Let's Go Crazy!."

The fourth best is the opening and the ending cadenzas of "Ode to a Kudu" by smooth jazz guitarist George Benson!. This was from the album "Weekend in L!.A!." in 1977 from a gig he had in the Roxy, in L!.A!.
