Question: If you dance, do you have abs!?
Dance like on a team, for a dance club thing, professionally, etc!. Not just at clubs on the weekends!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i've been dancing for 14 years
(i'm 15) haha
and in all, in the summer weeks, i'm at my studio for a total of 35 hours/week!. during the school year, it's about 42 hours/week (i'm there almost all day saturday and sunday)!.!.!.and i'm on the varsity poms (dance) team at my school, which practices 5-6 days a week!.

and in pretty much each class, we do tons of sit ups (usually 150+ per class) and so yes, i would say i have abs!. they're not totally defined, like a guys would be, but you can tell i [subtly] have them!.
also all the ballet/hiphop/jazz/tap/all other styles i do really do contribute to my body!. i'm very very thin, and have been told i have an 'ideal dancer's body'!. my abs are not bulky!. lol!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

yes, dancing can give you abs,depends on the type of dance though as well for example i do hip hop and belly dancing and i have abs but i'm not sure if dancing ballet or jazz will get you the same results Www@QuestionHome@Com

U have abs already U just can't see'em because U have to much fat, I mean even little kids have abs, but they are cover under the fat!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
