Who produced the wigs for the Broadway production of Wicked?

Question: Who produced the wigs for the Broadway production of Wicked!?

I know that the wigs were designed by Tom Watson, but I'm interested in finding out which company or firm actually produced them!. I'm admittedly not too knowledgeable concerning the actual hierarchy involved in the production of Broadway wigs, so it may well be that they were produced by him and his associates!. Well, all of the wigs are hand-ventilated, that is, miniscule groups of human hair are pulled and looped through a wig form!. Each company has their wigs made at the theatre during the months of rehearsal, unlike the costumes which are sometimes made and then shipped to other locations (the exception is the German production)!.
