A whammy Bar raises and lowers the note of a guitar!. A wah-wah just changes the tone from bass to hi-treble!.

It's like holding a note and another person turns your tone up and down quickly!. The cry (sustain) will not alter the pitch like a whammy bar does!.

Wah Wah is an effect!. Whammy Bar is a thing attached to your guitar which you push up and down to change tone!. In order to use Wah Wah you need an effects peddle!. I suggest Wah Wah because it is much easier to use!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
