It's a kiss in a play where one character kisses another character!. It doesn't imply that anything romantic is happening between the people playing the characters!.

A screen kiss is the same thing, except it happens in the movies or on TV!. No doubt there have been some child actors who got a screen kiss before their first real one!Www@QuestionHome@Com
